Starting September 7th the Intermediate/Advanced class (ages 12 & up and Red belt and above) is training Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30-7 and Saturdays 11-1 both in the Apparatus Gym in the McKinnon Building at UVic

Starting September 14th the Kids Class (ages 6-11 all levels) is training Mondays 5-6 in the Apparatus Gym in the MacKinnon Building at UVic.

Starting September 21st the Beginners class (ages 12 & up) is training Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30-7 in the Apparatus Gym in the McKinnon Building.
